Courses
A course (the Radio Mix of older games) is four stages played in a row: 5K COURSE, 7K COURSE, 10K COURSE, 14K COURSE. EZ2ST lists every course of each version on the Courses page, with its stages and TOTAL NOTES.
Which versions take course scores
Course scores can be submitted for EZ2AC : FINAL EX, EZ2AC -FINAL-, EZ2AC : Time Traveler, EZ2AC : Night Traveler. Other versions' courses are listed but don't take scores yet.
The TOTAL RESULT screen
At the end of a course, the TOTAL RESULT screen shows:
- On the left, one row per stage: the song title, its RATE, its SCORE and a small rank.
- On the right, for the course: the course name and level, TOTAL RANK, COMBO, RATE and T.SCORE.
There are no judgements on this screen (no KOOL, COOL and so on).
What you submit
- The four stage SCOREs and the course COMBO. For a random course, also pick which song each stage was.
- Optionally the RATE and T.SCORE on your screen: EZ2ST checks them against what it works out.
- EZ2ST works out the rest the way the game does: each stage's RATE = SCORE ÷ (300 × the stage's TOTAL NOTES), the course RATE = the average of the four stage rates (rounded down to 0.1%), T.SCORE = the four scores added up, and the ranks from the rates. They should match your screen.
- Only cleared courses are recorded, one per player and course.
Ranking
Course leaderboards rank by the course RATE, then T.SCORE. Course scores don't count toward DJ Points.
